Account Region Change
Hello everyone! We need help to figure out a way to change our Account Region.
We were in the process of setting up our TikTok shop, but we ran into an issue.
We reached this step: "Connect your shop to a TikTok account - Selling through content on TikTok creates more opportunities for people to discover your products."
However, we just realized that our official account was initially set up in the Philippines by our former marketing coordinator. When we tried changing the region, it now says we need to use TikTok in the US for 60 days before we can make any region changes.
Is there any way to resolve this and not have to wait for 60 days? Also, does "using TikTok in the US" mean we need to log in daily and be sure to use a US IP address?
