Here is something that I do atleast once per month to keep positive engagement with my Etsy Store customers:

✅ Go to Chatgpt and Type: Give me 10 Responses to 5-Star Reviews in my digital downloads Etsy store.

✅ Copy and past to your reviews. Tweak your reviews if the customer uploaded a pic or mentioned something specific in their review like "my mom loved the shirt I created" to make it more personal.

✅ If you received a not so good review ask Chat to give you a response to a 2 or 3 star review and ask it to be empathetic to the customer. Make sure you write in the Review asking what could you have done differently to earn the customers 5 Stars.
