Alright y’all, I’m locking in for the next 31 days and I want you to understand EXACTLY what I did today so you can follow this process too.
I’m also documenting everything in real time so I can bring it back to you as a full system once this is complete.
Here’s what today looked like:
Step 1: I chose ONE offerNot multiple. Not “whatever sells.”I’m focusing on The ID Project for the next 31 days. That’s it.
Step 2: I got clear on what I’m NOT sellingI’m not leading with my ebook course or my services. Those are back-end.This month is about positioning for bigger contracts.
Step 3: I identified WHO actually needs thisNot “people.” Not “my audience.”I’m targeting:
- school districts
- juvenile justice / corrections
- nonprofits serving high-risk youth
- workforce programs
Places where this problem already exists AND is funded.
Step 4: I fixed my positioningI’m not calling this a curriculum.I’m positioning it as a system that helps reduce behavior issues and violence by addressing identity at the root.
Step 5: I set my pricingI’m no longer guessing. This is a $25K–$100K+ offer depending on scope.
Step 6: I decided how I’m reaching outNo pitch decks. No overthinking.Just simple, direct emails to start conversations.
Step 7: I mapped what I’ll send AFTER they respondA clean 1-page overview with:
- what it is
- who it’s for
- outcomes
- implementation
- starting price
Step 8: I built my outreach planFor the next 31 days:
- 1 new pitch per day
- 2 follow-ups per day
Step 9: I started building my listNot waiting for it to be perfect.I’m building it as I go.
—
That’s the setup.
Now the real work starts tomorrow: sending the first pitch.
I’m documenting:
- who I reach out to
- what I say
- who responds
- how I handle calls
- how deals close
So I can give y’all the FULL breakdown after the 31 days.
If you’re in Licensing Lab, I want you moving with me.
Pick your ONE offer.Identify your buyer. And get ready to start outreach.
We’re done sitting on ideas.
