What is your biggest fear about being visible? Most people think it’s fear of failure, but it’s really fear of success. Being seen at the level you’ve been hinting at and then having to actually sustain it. Because once you’re visible like that, everything changes. The expectations shift. The rooms change. The way people respond to you changes. And now you don’t get to hide behind potential or play small when it’s convenient, you have to be her consistently.

So you do just enough to stay in the game but not enough to win. And that’s why things don’t fully click. It’s why your presence feels inconsistent, why people don’t lock in on you, why opportunities don’t land the way they could. Partial visibility creates partial results. Every time.
