You are not behind!
There is a frenzy happening all over the internet right now, and I want to address it directly because we can all feel it. Every other post is either telling you that AI is going to destroy everything or that if you are not already three steps ahead, you are going to be left behind with no job and no options. The fear is loud, and it is intentional.
Here is what is true: yes, some positions are being phased out because of AI. That part is real, and it would be dishonest to pretend otherwise. But panic is not a strategy. Fear does not help you learn faster, build smarter, or make better decisions. We are most productive when we move from a place of calm and clarity, not anxiety.
So let me say this clearly to everyone in this room: you are not behind. You are right on time. The fact that you are here, that you found this community, that you are paying attention and asking questions — that already puts you ahead of most people who are just scrolling through the noise without doing anything about it.
Anytime you start is the right time. Start here. Start now. Start at whatever pace is honest for your life. We are going to figure this out together.
