Community Rules:
1. BE RESPECTFUL ALWAYS. This is a safe space for real people. Disagreements are fine. Disrespect is not. Treat every member the way you'd want to be treated on your first day somewhere new.
2. BEGINNER FRIENDLY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. Nobody here gets made to feel small for where they're starting. We all have fundamentals to shore up. The person asking the most "basic" question today might be the one answering it for someone else next month. Lift up, don't look down on.
3. NO SPAM, NO UNSOLICITED SELF-PROMOTION. This community is not a billboard. Don't drop links to your products, services, or other communities without checking with us first. There will be natural spaces to share your work...this just isn't a free-for-all for it.
4. ASK QUESTIONS FREELY. There are no dumb questions here. If something confuses you, say so out loud. The fastest way to learn in this community is to ask. Someone else always has the same question and is just too afraid to raise their hand.
5. SHARE WHAT'S WORKING. When you try something and it works — a tool, a prompt, a workflow — share it. This community grows when members give as much as they get. The Wins Board exists for exactly this.
6. KEEP IT REAL. Earth Station was built on authenticity. We don't need polished here. Real experiences, real struggles, real wins. Leave the highlight reel somewhere else.
7. WHAT'S SHARED HERE STAYS HERE. Members share real things in this space. Respect their privacy. Don't screenshot or share member posts outside of Earth Station without their explicit permission.
