Honestly is been a crazy week between college and work, and for some reason I feel so anxious when I’m thinking about my GPA, my finals, and current scores. And even when I see my current scores with good numbers and my GPA with good numbers, I can’t stop feeling anxious and have the fear of any of my classes can make my GPA to drop. I feel with so much fear and anxiety that I’m start feeling overwhelmed. Any advice or idea how to manage my anxiety is gonna be an amazing help.
