Lesson: Bringing Static Brand Assets to Life with AI Video
Objective: Learn how to transform a standard photo and text from a promotional flyer into a dynamic, speaking video asset using AI video generation.
The Scenario: We had two static assets:
1. A professional flyer outlining core brand messaging ("Built for Impact, Driven by Vision", "AI Strategist", etc.).
2. A static, full-body photo of the subject in front of a branded backdrop.
The goal was to animate the static photo so the subject walks and speaks the messaging from the flyer, without altering their actual facial features.
How We Did It:
Step 1: Referencing the Assets
We used the provided photo as a strict visual reference. This tells the AI, "Use this exact person, wearing these exact clothes, in this environment."
Step 2: Crafting the Visual Prompt
To get the desired movement, we used a specific text prompt to guide the AI's animation. We explicitly instructed the model to:
• Make the subject walk forward confidently.
• Keep the facial features completely unchanged from the original photo to maintain authenticity.
Step 3: Integrating the Audio
To make the subject speak the flyer's content, we provided an audio cue generation prompt. We extracted the most impactful lines from the flyer and instructed the AI to generate matching audio: "A woman speaking confidently, saying 'Built for impact, driven by vision. I am an AI and automation architect.'" The AI model (Google's Veo) natively syncs the generated audio with the lip movements of the animated subject.
