Strategies to undertake the next level of product research.
Hi, I am seeking advice on product research as i am confused..
So, you have picked your niche, product and supplier. How do you undertake that next level of research to test whether a product is viable or not. From what I researched the following was important.
1/ Competitor analysis
Google - How many competitors? (How many competitors make a saturated market)?
Review competitors sites (Can I fit in; can I differentiate)?
How much of a deep dive do you go into with competitor analysis?
2/ Product
Databases, TT, FB - the product has good sales, it is a high-ticket item and there is proof of concept.
What else are other people doing?
Do you recommend any apps that cover product research deep dive?
