Hi All, some of you are aware of Bryan Johnson's Don't Die Netflix special where he shares his protocol for reversing and slowing down aging. Last month he came out that his aging speed is about 0.50 which is a new record.
So, the challenge I'm putting out to all of you (I'm doing it as well) is to see how can do the best at this score of aging speed and improving their number from before. The test is called the Dunedin PACE test that is used to see the speed of your aging.
I'm asking those of you who are comfortable to share your results with the group as part of the challenge. We will be posting the leaderboard on a monthly basis with prizes for the person with the slowest speed of aging and the person who lowest their rate of aging the most over at least 3 months.
