Hiring an AI Operations Integrator
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a highly organized, AI-savvy operator to work closely with me on a growing portfolio of projects spanning AI, transformational events, health optimization, personal development, consciousness, and emerging technologies.
I'm looking for someone who naturally loves creating order from complexity, tracking multiple moving pieces, building systems, and ensuring projects actually get completed.
The ideal person is:
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experienced with AI tools and workflows
• Excellent at project management and follow-through
• Able to track multiple projects simultaneously without dropping details
• Strong communicator who can proactively follow up with team members and partners
• Comfortable creating systems, checklists, and operational processes
• Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented, and excited to learn
• Passionate about technology, personal growth, health, consciousness, or transformational work
Responsibilities may include:
• Project management and execution
• AI workflow creation and implementation
• Team coordination and accountability
• Event and retreat support
• Operations management
• Research and implementation of new technologies
• Organizing ideas and turning them into completed projects
• Helping build systems that allow our work to scale
This role will begin as a part-time position with a monthly stipend.
For the right person, it can evolve into:
• Revenue-sharing opportunities
• Increased leadership responsibilities
• Participation in exciting business ventures
• Potential long-term business partnerships
• A full-time position within the coming months, if desired
The position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere in the world.
