Purple Sweet Potato Taro Protein Cake has been a favorite of mine and a lot of you expressed interest too!
Please refrain from watching it when you are hungry!
Here is the recipe again for convenience in 3 steps:
Step one:
- Steam peeled purple sweet potato and taro for 30 minutes in rice cooker with water that go up to half of the potato's height
Step two:
- Crush them into mashed form
- Add two eggs
- One spoon of almond flour
- Chunks of fat-free Greek yogurt
- Mix thoroughly
Step three:
- Air fry at 340F for 25 minutes
