A Little Posing at the End of my Training Today
I did my movement today. And here is a dose of motivation for you along with the video at the end with posing my physique.
Dripping water wears through stone.
Perseverance overcomes even the hardest obstacles.
An iron pestle can be ground into a needle.
With patience and persistence, the impossible becomes possible.
Grinding an iron rod into a needle is one of my favorites if not my favorite Chinese proverb.
