I am not coming at anyone aggressively so please don't take this as that. My husband and I have been homeless going on 5 yrs almost 6. When COVID hit we were actually doing really well. Lost our house lost everything. Well I pulled my annuity out bought us a camper 1 season of winter in Ohio and I promise you'll find a way not to be in it. All the camping places wanted like 1000 plus utilities. At this point neither of us are working. His mom calls she lives in Florida. She's sick his dad's sick so we sold everything came down here. Turns out neither are sick yes she has COPD but she isn't a bad as we were told. We weren't down here 4 months and she decided two women can't live in the same house. This is true however this is not my point. So we moved onto someone's property it's owned by an LLC in a tent. Everywhere we have looked it's 2400 2500 1600 for rent. So this property is for sell down the road. He wants 1300 for the place it has a half house on it however the building is debilitated literally will have to build a new one the well needs redug that's another 10 grand and septic needs redone that's another 6. This man want 9 grand down in cash so he doesn't get taxed. 9 fucking grand. I am so angry right now I literally want to commit murder. I'm at the end of my rope. I won't kill him promise. But I will need a really really good spell cursing this land I don't want not one living soul to ever buy that property. 1 because you want me to do something illegal 2 because FUCK YOU for being such a POS taking advantage of someone in a bad position.
