I sent a mailer to a lead in November 2022. He called me November 22, 2022, and I followed up 75 times in the last 1 1/2 years since then. finally, on the 76th call, I set an appointment to meet him in person and got the contract signed March 1st. I just signed a contract with the buyer today and I’ll be closing 25K on this deal at the end of the month. The buyer put down a 10 K deposit nonrefundable.
