If you are new to production.
If you do not know where to start, I recommend either starting with a DAW software that your friends use so you can ask them questions or start with Ableton.
Ableton is in my opinion the most fun DAW, but also after using all of them, it is my favorite for its ease of use, efficiency, and speed.
