Building tip of the day!
As a contractor and facility developer, I have encouraged my clients with large or multiple facilities to switch from traditional fluorescent lighting to LED fixtures. Full replacement costs can be covered by energy savings within a few years. Plus, LED lights rarely need repaired or replaced, saving on future maintenance expenses.
