The definition of over must consist of both self-love and a conscience call. The definition of over is not when you see no hope. But when you see that the end will cause settlement and will lead to new springs and bring even betterment for both.

And not unless there is betrayal, if the other one does not declare separation, the other one is morally responsible and obliged to work with the other half on whatever issues that may arise upon and thereafter the union.

The solemn vow is not a promise that starts on the tongue and ends by using the tongue alone. When you say the promise, you are accepting your other half as a package (as a whole) that you are going to carry for a lifetime commitment. It is a commitment.

That is why, quick marriage is not advisable. You gotta know your own package and the package of your other half before you seal the box.
