Keep intentions genuine: expect nothing in return
❤️‍🔥Hello Blessings!
You take risks for what you want. Even before you get disappointed, you have to admit, it gave you the happiest feeling not unless you were just faking your relationship. You gotta be thankful for that wonderful feeling. If you are disappointed, for what reason?
Being loyal and faithful is not extra thing or extra effort you should give when you are in a relationship. It is a required recipe for the relationship to exist. So, without it there is no such so-called relationship (as far as desired relationship is concerned) that exist.
So, if the disappointment is caused by a betrayal because the other one faked or lied to you in terms of having another one or betrayal in any terms that could be treated as betrayal that jeopardize honesty, then it is okay to feel that disappointment, but it must not last for long.
The wrong is in the other not in you. When there is nothing wrong about you, there is not supposed anything to bother within you. So, you are fine. What you need to dispose is the wrong one that is more likely to bother you.
So, dispose what is bothering you and move on. You are fine.
But if you are disappointed because you feel like you are asking for an equal reciprocation or even more of what you give, then you gotta check yourself. You must have a problem defining the authenticity of what you do.
Or it could be that you are seeking for the connections you are longing for from the wrong person. You have to assess that properly. But disappointment should definitely not be a permanent answer. It must be a temporary thing otherwise you are living in it.
Disappointment must not sway you to the direction of bitterness but to the direction of understanding and taking the step forward thereafter.
