Hi everyone, happy new year.May this year b full of blessings, success and happiness for everyone and their families.
It's Muneeb here, I recently started wholesaling and do bird dogging as well virtually from Pakistan
I wanted to confirm if we wanna JV with wholesalers or agents, as mostly we have to add fee on top to have more profit so should we sign add fee on top JV or % split?
Cause mostly Dispo sign 50/50 JVs but as they assign it for more profit so they typically add fee on top?
As mostly wholesalers already add their fees in price before sharing it.
And as I just know a little process of TCs, so if we JV then we have to share PSA, assignment contract and JV as well so that we can get paid?
And as a JV partner, as a beginner should we handle with the TC or the actual wholesaler(PSA contract holder) or the buyer will deal with it?
