The Start...
This was my most memorable picture because it was the day that I started my catering business. Me and had organized and prepared for our opening at our house in Houston, TX. It was mid spring of 2019, weather was perfect and we had a lot of people that we loss count.
It started in the afternoon and did not end till late night. The spit roast lamb was delicious, where guest just mingle around and came for some slices of the bone while the rotisserie kept turning! We had rented 6 tables and plenty of chairs. The tables were "dressed" and we used recyclable plates and utensils. Our backyard garden was decorated and had installed a total of 60 feet or wired lights.
That was an event that really spun and churned my LOVE for hosting such events. Cooking my dishes the way I want and connecting with people. Such a memorable event worth sharing!
