This is his take: 'I would listen carefully to the solution and ask follow-up questions about the best approach. If the person suggesting it isn’t usually the one responsible for solving this type of problem, I would connect them with the right person. I’ve learned to value people who come up with solutions: especially creative, feasible, out-of-the-box ones.'
