Alright, let’s be real, fam … Everyone wants life hacks that don’t take time, energy, or brainpower but still get results. Well, guess what? After 900 days of experimenting with biohacking, I’ve cracked the code. And here are 5 ridiculously simple habits. Do them, and your life will level up. But 1 thing. And please don’t forget this one. YOU HAVE TO DO IT DAILY. JUST DO IT. CONSISTENTLY. Stop bullshitting: otherwise you will fail.
  1. Sleep like your life depends on it😴
This is a no-brainer. You can eat clean, hit the gym, meditate, and journal all you want. But if your sleep is trash, so is your life. Facts. Throw your damn phone out of the bedroom. Yes, for real. Stop eating late-night snacks like it’s a Netflix-marathon. Get a proper sleep schedule and stick to it. Aim for 8 hours minimum, no excuses. This isn’t just advice; it’s a non-negotiable.
  1. Stop eating shit💩
Let’s keep it real: if it comes out of a can, a plastic bag, or a factory, it’s not food: it’s poison, SO STOP EATING PROCESSED SHIT. In this country we’re blessed with so many fresh and healthy options. But instead we choose to shovel down whatever processed garbage big corporations slap a label on. Eat real food, things that come from the earth: stuff that grows on trees, bushes, or in the soil, meat that comes from animals with legs, not chemicals in a lab. Cookies? Energy drinks? McDonalds-burgers? None of that existed when humans first showed up, so why are you acting like your body needs it now?
  1. Touch grass … and other humans👯
Here’s the thing: we’re built for connection. Like, literally. Our nervous systems are wired to thrive when we’re around other people. So if you’re locked in your room, scrolling through TikTok, sending memes, and living through someone else’s Instagram, you’re starving your body and mind of what it actually needs: real human connection. Humans need 8 hugs a day just to function normally. Want to level up? Go for 16 hugs a day. Physical touch triggers oxytocin, the ‘feel-good’ hormone that boosts your health and happiness. So, put down your phone, text your friends, and make plans to see them IRL. Look people in the eyes, talk to them, laugh with them, hug them. Your health depends on it.
  1. Move your ass🏃
Listen up: your body was not designed to sit in a chair for eight hours, hunched over, scrolling through life. But here we are … bad posture, tight abs, shortened glutes, and a body that’s slowly morphing into a desk chair. It’s not cute, and it’s definitely not healthy. Here’s the reality: your body needs movement. Movement gets your blood flowing, flushes out toxins, pumps oxygen into your system, and keeps you alive. Back in the day, humans literally ran 30 miles an hour chasing their next meal. Now? We’re out here struggling to get off the couch. Do better. Start small. If you can’t become a gymrat, aim for 10k steps a day. You don’t need to be an Olympic athlete; just move. Stretch, walk, run, dance, whatever gets you off your ass. JUST GO DO IT.
  1. Work on your mind-diet🤯
You can take all the supplements, crush every workout, and even manifest your dream life … but if your mindset is trash, you’re going nowhere. Trust me, I’ve been there. I’ve read over 500 self-help books, had loads of therapy, and still felt like shit. Why? Because it wasn’t about doing more, it was about changing the way I thought about myself. Here’s the deal: start with gratitude. Be thankful for your journey, even the messy parts. Your human experience is a gift, and it’s teaching you something. Practice self-compassion. Look yourself in the mirror and say: ‘I deserve this. I’m worthy of happiness. I’m worthy of success’. Believe it. Here’s the tea: if YOU don’t believe in you, who will?
