He’s since said the launch broke records and moved millions of copies within 24 hours; that’s his claim, but the takeaway for us is the intentional launch architecture. If you’ve never done a launch—or you’ve only “soft launched” a post and prayed—now is the time.
And if you’ve already launched? Relaunch it. Repurpose. Re-package. Re-position.

- Sprint: Clarify the single promise (one outcome, one audience, one deadline).
- Warm up: 7–10 days of demand-building content (authority reels, proof posts, story sequences).
- Event: one concentrated moment (live stream, workshop, or challenge) with a clear CTA. (Hormozi used a long-form live—steal the principle, not the length.)
- Offer: bonuses + scarcity you can stand behind (ethical, time-bound).
- Follow-up: 3–5 days of objection-slayers (screenshots, FAQs, “who it’s for/not for,” payment options).
