You know exactly what to do. That's the part that gets me. Most of y'all are not confused. You're not missing information. You've got the notes, the course, the framework, the plan sitting right there in a folder you named something hopeful.
And you still haven't done the thing.
So let's stop calling it a knowledge problem. It's not. Because if it was a knowledge problem, another training would fix it. Another download would fix it. And how's that working out?
Here's the thing — the gap between knowing and doing is where most people set up camp and live. They get comfortable there. They decorate. They call it "waiting for the right time," they call it "being strategic," they call it "not ready yet." No ma'am. We're going to look at it honestly tonight.
I'm going round robin with the coaches, and they don't know the questions. Nobody gets to prepare a pretty answer. That's the point.
Come on and get in here. Bring the thing you've been sitting on.
