🚩 Dating in 2026 is WILD.
So I finally dipped my toe back into the online dating pool. 🏊‍♀️
Started talking to a guy.
Conversation was going great.
He asked what I do.
I told him I help women create recurring income through Skool communities, digital products, content… all the fun business stuff.
Then he asked how I got started.
So I told him the truth.
Years ago I was in network marketing.
I did well.
Then I got burned out.
Spent way too much time chasing people in DMs because I didn’t know there was a better way.
Eventually I learned attraction marketing, built my own offers, communities, and systems instead.
Well apparently…
That was a deal breaker. 😂
He proceeded to explain how he knew some people in another company who did shady things and that even though he thought I seemed like a “good catch” (his words, not mine 🤣), he’d always wonder if I was “one of those people.”
Sir. 🙄
We’ve exchanged approximately 17 messages.
You don’t know me.
But thank you for saving us both some time. ✌️
The older I get, the more I realize that sometimes rejection is actually redirection.
And a HUGE blessing!
Ladies…
What’s the weirdest, funniest, or most ridiculous reason someone has stopped talking to you, rejected you, or given you the ick?
Let’s hear your stories. 👇🍿
I’m glad I’m married
Struggle is real out there
I’m staying single
