Making Visibility Predictable
Visibility becomes easier when it’s predictable. I use a simple Monday-Wednesday-Friday rhythm for my 1:1 clients' posts. Everyone knows what to expect and when to look for their posts.
My morning candle ritual centers me before I post, teach, or sell. I light a green candle for wealth and a red candle for love and beauty. That easy rhythm prepares my nervous system for exposure.
