Happy Sunday, friends!
One of the biggest game changers in my business has been batch creating my content. Instead of waking up every day thinking, โWhat am I going to post today?โ, I carve out time on Sundays to create everything Iโll need for the week ahead.
It makes my week flow so much smoother because Iโm not scrambling last minute, and it also helps me stay consistent (which is where the results really come from).
Hereโs how I do it (and how you can too):
โจ 1. Start with your goals.
What are you promoting or focusing on this week? A freebie, a product, a new training? Know your goal first, then build your content around it.
โจ 2. Choose your content types.
I map out:
- 2โ3 Reels (for growth)
- 1โ2 Carousels (for education/authority)
- Stories (daily connection + CTAs)This mix covers all the funnel stages โ attract, nurture, and convert.
โจ 3. Use a batching flow.
Instead of making one full post at a time, I do it in โbatchesโ:
- Write all my hooks first.
- Draft captions in one sitting.
- Then design the carousels or record the Reels.
- By doing one task at a time, my brain stays in the flow and I get more done faster.
โจ 4. Repurpose smart.
Take one idea and spin it into multiple pieces of content. A Reel can also become a carousel, a story, or an email. Donโt reinvent the wheel โ stretch it!
โจ 5. Schedule & forget.
I use scheduling tools (or even just drafts saved in IG) so my posts are ready to go. That way, during the week I can focus on engaging with my audience, not stressing about what to post.
๐ก Your Turn: If you havenโt tried batch creating yet, set aside an hour or two today and give it a go. Even planning your hooks and captions ahead of time will make your week flow so much easier.
๐ Do you batch your content, or are you more of a post-on-the-fly type? Drop it below โ Iโd love to hear how you approach it!
