Rebranding PLR

I am looking to put a bundle together from the resources in The PLR Project. Curious if most people just edit the cover page and redirect links within the documents or is it suggested to also change colours and images too. I know that all of that would make it 100% on brand, but as a busy momma with a full time job, I need progress over perfection.
