- GPT-5.1 (Released Nov 2025): Focused on "Personality & Stability." It was designed to be warmer, more conversational, and more personalized to the user, smoothing out the rough edges of the original GPT-5.
- GPT-5.2 (Released Dec 11, 2025): Focuses on "Power & Reasoning." This is a "Code Red" release aimed at competing with Google's Gemini 3, prioritizing deep thinking, complex problem-solving, and reliability over conversation style.
