You know what actually sells?Trust.
And let me tell you—people can sniff out fake like a wet dog in a perfume shop.
You might think you’re giving Boss Energy™, but what folks are actually seeing is:
👉 A little too polished.
👉 A little too perfect.
👉 A little too… “off.”
And even if you do manage to convince someone, guess what?
You just attracted another person who’s pretending, too. Now you’ve got a team of posers and zero peace.
Here’s the better way:
Tell the truth. Boldly.
Say:“I’m new. I’m learning. I’m watching what works and sharing what I find. Want to come along?”
THAT is leadership.That’s how you build trust.That’s how you build a community full of real people who are in it for the right reasons—not just the shiny highlight reel.
Forget faking.
Just be the real, scrappy, unstoppable you.
Because authenticity?
It stacks up faster than any performance ever will.
