To some the term means your tooth pick busted but in this case it’s more about choices. We make choices in life or allow others to control how we operate in life or allow our teachers to mold how we think but in all reality it’s our own mind and we’re free to think on our own. Teachers are suppose to arm you with the tools to maneuver ahead or be better prepared for the future be what we make it.
Same goes for partners. We tend to gravitate towards those that engage us mentally and physically which is manipulation at its finest playing on your feelings and emotions. If they are in their right mind and are not manipulative or do shitty things when they don’t get what they want. It’s your time here on earth to live the best life you can, you have to think on it some at times and see where you want to be in the years ahead.
I learned the hard way and now I’m writing about my mistakes and how you can avoid those and just keep moving ahead with your professional career being single or not the mindset is important to keep clear and I’ll explain better.
In the last year I learned to meditate to sleep which clears your conscious mind and opens up the sub conscious mind to let go the things we allow to bother us and keep rolling around. It’s like a song that stays for days. Until you play a better one or more stimulating song you keep that though you want it gone and meditation fixes that.
Going into the relaxation period be bed time or a lunch hour break you need to get a few minutes to reset. Find a comfy position sitting or laying down but set an alarm for 5 minutes and close your eyes and focus on your cool breath coming from your nose. If an inhaler or nose spray helps to breathe get one it helps me with the whole inflammation thing. You know in your conscious mind those bothersome things your dwelling on need to go away and this is how it’s done. It’s that simple to get proper rest with out bad dreams unless your just a super dark fucker then your on your own lol..
But on the serious side a massage and intercourse or just a release sometimes is just as good keeping it real. Stress is a super bad thing if you let it take hold and this is my go to to fix those things. Hope it helps you too.
