This is why I Decided to Trade Futures
I decided to trade futures because I wanted simplicity, structure, and scalability.
Futures gave me the ability to trade the overall market without chasing individual stocks or worrying about news on one company. I can trade indexes like the S&P 500 or Nasdaq, focus on price action, and make decisions based on the market itself.
Another big reason was capital efficiency. Futures allow leverage without needing a large account, and there are no day trading limits, which gave me flexibility and freedom to trade when opportunities showed up—not when rules allowed me to.
