LOUD is based on the real-life system we built for Sip & Savor, a grassroots-meets-digital food, wine, and music festival that raised funds for RotaCare West Contra Costa Free Medical Clinic.

💸 Only $14,626 in total expenses
🎯 Net: $98,688 in proceeds + $17,500 in annual donations = $116,189 total impact

🧑‍💻 75% of income from sponsors/donors, 13% from tickets, 12% from silent auction

⚠️ IMPORTANT: A NOTE ON THE DIGITAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN
The digital marketing included in the Sip and Savor campaign was solely an introduction to digital marketing (social media, web, etc.) and its capabilities. Our board consisted of 8+ "almost full-time employees," and 50+ additional volunteers, days before and after the event.
The success of our campaign and event were based on the efforts of grassroots gorilla marketing, along with an introduction to digital marketing. Results vary based on many factors. Our campaign at the core was traditional, pounding the pavement in person, working, and communicating. This was a team effort of extraordinary individuals, NOT JUST DIGITAL MARKETING.
