Integrating Jira & GitHub, Creating PR Templates

As part of our current sprint, I've integrated Jira with GitHub, which means Jira issues are now automatically linked with GitHub pull requests.

Also created pull request templates that will be used to maintain high PR quality in our repositories.

I explain more about each task in the videos below.
