Merry Christmas and Happy productive and prosperous New Year everyone.

I have a goal for next year => find a new job that suits me better, makes me financial stable and gives me the feeling of fulfilment and makes the world a better place. I am planning to write a post on LinkedIn to reach all of my connections instead of only recruiters but I am afraid it will affect my relationship with the current employer. Is this ethical correct? What is the best approach? Putting a sign "open to work" is a better option? Doesn't it look like you are desperate? Although kind of I am.

Any tips?
