I'm excited to introduce "Paradigm Breaking 101" - a quick course I've designed to help you get the most out of our community from the start.
Here's what our 15-20 minute course will invite you to share with our community:

- How to spot the unspoken norms in your own context
- Your personal vision for educational transformation
- The best ways to connect and contribute in our community
Why start here? This course helps you reflect on what brought you to paradigm breaking work and prepares you to engage meaningfully with fellow educators who are implementing real change.
Getting started is easy: Just head over to the Courses tab and dive into Lesson 1. Each lesson includes both reflection and a simple community action that helps you connect with others doing similar work.
