Introducing myself
Hello everyone! 👋🏾
My name is Valentina Akosua Opoku. I’m a passionate social worker, currently pursuing my MPhil in Social Work at the University of Ghana. I’m also the founder of The Girl Project, an initiative tackling period poverty among schoolgirls in underserved communities across Ghana.
I’m here because I’m deeply curious about the future of social work, and I believe AI has a big role to play. I want to learn how to use AI not just to streamline my work, but to amplify impact, from data collection in the field to designing smarter solutions for the communities I serve.
