Mental Health Awareness Month means a lot to me because it represents honesty, support, and reminding people they do not have to struggle in silence. It shines a light on battles that are often hidden behind smiles and everyday life, while encouraging compassion, understanding, and real conversations. To me, it is about creating a world where people feel safe to speak, safe to heal, and supported through both their hardest and strongest moments.
