I think I am indecisive, but I am not sure

I am the most indecisive person when it comes to decorating, at least I think I am, we built a house in 2002/3 and my now ex-wife in fairness did all the decoration and made the decisions on colours (some bold) etc and also ensured that we used top quality paint, I am ashamed to say that I have been brave enough to paint two rooms, white and mushroom and buy blinds for two rooms 🙈. I need to do the whole house really but I completely panic when I am faced with the task, I make a decision to do something then the scope starts to creep, I panic and then decide to wait until next year. Do I need a new partner, a phycologist or a kick in the arse ?
