• Managing threats
Not things like:
• Optimal hormones
• Deep sleep
• Digestion
• Metabolism
This is why so many people feel like their body is “stuck. It’s not broken. It’s protecting you based on the signals it’s receiving. Healing often starts when we shift from asking:

to asking:
✅ “What signals is my body responding to?”
