Just take a breath and notice what’s there.
If it feels okay, reflect on one or two of these:
• What from last year are you only now becoming aware of
• What the first days of this year have already shown you about yourself
• Which part of you needs more gentleness instead of pressure
• One quiet direction you want to move toward, without forcing it
There’s no correct way to enter a new year.
Some feel ready.
Some feel unsure.
Some are simply exhausted.
Every state is welcome here.
Taking a moment to reflect is already enough.
