BuildMyAgent.io (formerly TestMyPrompt) is a no-code platform for building and deploying AI chatbots/agents — it's a no-code AI automation platform for creating, testing, and deploying AI agents, with an advanced prompt editor, integrations with apps like Instagram and Zapier, and an AI marketplace connecting developers with businesses seeking automation
How it's different from ChatGPT/Claude Code:
• ChatGPT and Claude are AI models/assistants you use directly for yourself.
• BuildMyAgent is a wrapper/agency tool built on top of AI models — it lets you (or your clients) build a custom chatbot/agent through a visual, no-code interface, then embed it on a website or connect it to WhatsApp, email, calendars etc. It's aimed at agencies, freelancers, and businesses that deploy AI agents for client-facing tasks, especially operators managing multiple client accounts who need to handle authentication and deployment without granting clients access to a shared workspace.
• So the value isn't "smarter AI" — it's the client-management, deployment, and white-label layer around AI, meant for people reselling agents as a service.
Why you'd pay for it / what the tiers mean:
• Starter (~£20/$25 a month): entry tier for one person/small operation. It supports up to 1 client, allows unlimited AI builds, and includes advanced prompt testing, but no white-label or custom domain.
• Growth (with sub-accounts): a "sub-account" is a separate client workspace under your main account — so you can build and manage a distinct agent for each client without giving them access to your whole platform. 5 sub-accounts = you can run agents for 5 separate clients from one login.
• Higher/"AI Entrepreneurs" tier (~$79/mo): supports unlimited clients, provides full access to the AI Marketplace, and includes unlimited AI builds and advanced prompt testing.
• Enterprise (~£2,000): this is the "whitelisting" tier — custom domain support is available on higher-tier plans, allowing agencies to deliver fully branded deployments without exposing the BuildMyAgent interface to end users. "Whitelisting" here likely means approving which domains/IPs can embed or call your agents, plus white-glove onboarding and bulk usage credits at that price point.
Worth noting: there's no free trial, and it's not open-source — some third-party sites falsely suggest otherwise.
