Why didn’t I have the time of my life?
Ever come back from a trip and think, “Why didn’t I have the time of my life?”
It’s weird, right? You pick a spot that everyone raves about, check all the “must-sees” off your list, and yet… something’s missing. It’s not that the place was bad. It just didn’t fit.
Nobody tells you travel isn’t one-size-fits-all. Some of us recharge in quiet corners, some crave a little chaos, and some just want to know where the exit is in a crowded airport.
Sometimes the destination is gorgeous, the food is great, and the photos look perfect but you still feel out of sync. That’s not failure. That’s just real life bumping up against travel’s highlight reel.
