Day 5 of Building AI Application challenge by DDS 🚀
Today's focus for Planit 🪐 was bringing the app's UI to life and creating a smoother user experience.
Planit is an AI-powered planning app that turns any goal into a personalized day-by-day action plan. Today I focused on making it actually feel like a product:
🎨 Built a full space exploration theme— deep navy background, twinkling CSS stars, a floating planet header with a glow effect, and a purple gradient brand identity
⚙️ Connected the AI backend (Groq + LLaMA 3.3) to the interface so the app generates real plans end to end
📋 Built a smart output display — bold intro, each day as an expandable dropdown, a styled Bonus Days banner, and an italic outro
🧹 Fixed UX details like a progress bar with stage messages instead of a spinner, currently working on a clear button!
This isn't the finish line — it's the launchpad. 🪐 Can't wait to see what Planit becomes in the upcoming days. ✨
