Hi All,
Thanks to Daniel for setting up this community.
I'm a Chartered Accountant, having worked in various industries. My route into M&A came via a consultancy project with a client in the defence industry backed by one of the largest PE funds in the world. From there, I worked in Due Diligence, for buy-side clients (predominantly PE/FO). I am setting up my own accounting and finance firm, currently waiting on professional body clearance.
I am looking (like many others) for accounting firms to acquire in North West, up to £2m turnover.
I have been very busy this past week, but have finally started the Deal Flow Accelerator today. Better late than never!
I have amassed 23 points, mainly scanning CH and LinkedIn for potential targets. Looking forward to being held accountable by this group!
