Hi everyone, I haven’t posted much lately. I wanted to share a win. We bought a house last June and it needed a lot of work. We remodeled it in 100 days and put it on the market last month. It sold last week and we close on Dec 27th. We are in Wisconsin and house sales slow down in the winter because no one wants to move in our cold weather. I am thankful we were able to sell it when we did.
