The DBCFSN D.I.N.E.
(Detroit Institute of Nutrition Education) now offers
Food Safety & Sanitation courses that include on-line and instructor led courses.
These classes lead to certification and will provide training on new hyper-accelerated food commercial kitchen equipment, practical learning hours, and in-person instructor-led classrooms.
Once you pass your exams, you will be provided a certificate.
Go to the Classroom and Register for the next class.
If you are a low-income, Detroit resident, fill out the Classroom-"Scholarship" to be eligible for a free class. The Part 2 Class is free - Licensing and Commercial Kitchen Cooking for those who complete their Manager Certification with D.I.N.E.
