We’re back!!!
Workout: Chest and Tris
We’re back in the Lab!!! It’s good to be back, I was sick over the last week. I exercised at home but I missed the gym so much!
Started with a good stretch
  • Bench Press: 2x12reps @ 1 plate/1x10reps @ 1 plate
  • Pulldowns: 3x15reps @ 50lbs
  • Pull ups (assisted): 3x15reps @ 115lbs - I don’t think I’ve ever been fully capable of doing pull-ups so we’re doing assisted for now, I will work towards the 100 pull-ups challenge
  • Pec-fly superset: 3x10 reps individual sides and then 5 reps together- 90lbs
Sprint8- Interval sprints/walk just to bruh some extra calories and really get that sweat!💪💪
