2d • Daily Practice
Day 7
Ok so one week in! Today i had a little bit more time since it's saturday but i decided that since i've been practicing since 9 a.m. i don't want to overpractice (if it even exist overpracticing) so i decide to end this session now. I don't know if i'm doing the right thing or if i should keep practicing but i feel like rest is something needed. Today was a great day because i was feeling very confident of the level 1 head so i decided to pass on to level 2! one of the level 2 i did with Ishaq and the other alone. Good Luck Everyone!
